Nivosol 100
Technical information
Toepassingsgebied
Equalising, levelling and smoothening substrates to be covered with flooring like tiles and slabs upon layers with a 1 to 10 mm thickness.
Elevated compression strength, suitable for under floor heating installation and the point loads of chair wheels (classification UPEC: P2).
Nivosol Flex 10 is applicable indoors and outdoors in places that are not continued wet.
Samenstelling
Nivosol Flex 10 is an industrial dry mortar on a mineral basis
Eigenschappen
Nivosol Flex 10 is a selflevelling, quickly passable, with low shrinkage floorequalising mortar, cementbased mortar modified with synthetic substances.
Voorbereiding ondergrond
Suitable substrates are, among others, concrete and cement screeds. The substrate must be clean, solid, dustfree, stable and free of oil, grease and other impurities. Absorbing substrates such as concrete, and cement-based screeds, as well as anhydrite screeds are to be primed with Cera'prim TGC (Strasser’plus TGC).
Smooth, nonabsorbing substrates such as tiles, hard glue residues etc., are to be pretreated with adhesion layer Cera'grip HD (Strasser’plus HD). If necessary, mechanically roughen the substrates prior to application. As for the substrate assessment, pertaining regulations and provisions are to be complied with.
Verwerken
Pour 5.5 - 6 l clean water in a clean mixing trough. Add a full (25kg) bag of Nivosol Flex 10 and mix, preferablymechanically, until you have obtained a lumpfree, flowready mass.
Pour the equalising mortar on the substrate prepared beforehand andspread equally by means of a spatula or trowel until the required layer depth has been reached.
Important note: only apply at ambient and substrate temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C. The hardening period is about 2 hours; at lower temperatures hardening is considerably delayed, at higher temperatures accelerated.
Protect the freshly applied floor equalizing mortar against premature drying caused by heat or air currents.
Verbruik
1.7 kg dry mortar per mm/m².
